This episode is really focused around the physicality’s of competition. Neil is currently preparing for a PCA body building competition and Jack is working towards a powerlifting meet with YNEPF
The pair cover the psychological challenges associated with needing to gain and lose weight in preparation for the main event, balancing health and also managing the risk to reward ratio in chasing extreme strength and very low levels of body fat
